5. Memberships and Purchases
Hibid Premium Memberships and direct purchases are subject to the pricing and terms presented at the time of transaction. All memberships are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

6. Payments, Shipping, and Taxes
Full payment for winning bids and invoices is required within the specified timeframe. Buyers are responsible for applicable sales taxes, shipping fees, and insurance costs required to securely deliver items.

7. Limitation of Liability
Northstar Chest Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits due to site downtime or technical failures during auctions. Our liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question.
